One of the things I love about living in Whittier, is the plethora of beautiful parks. As I waited for Blake & Cristy to arrive, I had a chance to hike for a bit, so I could stake out the perfect locations for their Senior Portrait session. This park happens to be up the street from me, so for these two 2010 graduates, it was the perfect place to shoot.
Blake is a tall drink of water and his girl friend Cristy looks especially petite as they hold hands. They have been dating for only five months, but in high school time, that qualifies as a serious relationship. Blake is one of my students, so it was fun to see his gentle side, as he tried to make Cristy smile & laugh. And in Kristi’s shy way, you can really see how much she likes her boy.
These two graduates were smart, because they took advantage of my End of the Year Special, so in a quick hour, we were able to get lots of great shots. Our session was short, but sweet.
I wish both of you lots of luck as you venture off to college. May you have the courage to follow your dreams, see the world and live life to the fullest!
