Having a best friend is one of the greatest things. Someone to run around with, share all your secrets to and one who knows you so well that they can predict your every move before you even do it. Salina & Lauren met three years ago on a club volleyball team and have been BFF ever since.

These two peas in a pod are both in their first year of college at Fullerton Junior College. Salina is studying photojournalism with the hopes of traveling all around the world telling important stories with her camera. While Lauren is pursing the study of living organisms as a biology major. Beautiful ladies with smart minds and serious volleyball skills equals a powerful duo. Watch out world!

I had so much fun looking for some sweet spots to shoot these lovely young ladies at Murphy Ranch, which is a gorgeous walking spot tucked in the hills of Whittier. We had too much fun!

Isn’t Salina incredibly gorgeous? I don’t think she even knows how beautiful she is. And Lauren has fashion model written all over her dramatic eyes. These are two of my favorites from the shoot! You girls are so beautiful. And then golden hour began to gift us some pretty light. Work it ladies!
