Amber! You did a fantastic job! They are beautiful photos! They will be a wonderful memory for me of those rolling OC hills before I head up North.

My favorite part of the photos is how you captured everything; the scenery, the details and the emotions. I love the picture when I am sitting in the window frame and laughing. I also think the “freedom” pictures are beautiful and truly captured the emotion that I am feeling at this stage in life.

Thank you for making it such a glorious afternoon- you are so fun and easy to work with and you made me feel sooo beautiful. Thank you with all my heart!

We love our Kelly! We went to high school together and seem to run into each other quite randomly, but we’re proud of all that she does and will do. Looks like such a fun bright place.

Spring is in the air and the mustard flowers are officially in bloom. It’s time to plant veggies in the garden and start wearing bright spring colors. This weekend I have a fun photo shoot with one of my favorite families, so this post is especially dedicated to you. Notice the bright colors and eye…

A New Generation of Artists: Student Photography Show

Many of my readers are former students, so for those of you, this post will be especially interesting. A few weeks ago, the Framery & Fine Art Gallery in Whittier asked if I would like to have my students participate in a photography exhibit. Knowing that my students have little to no access to display…

10 Questions, 10 Answers

What food could I not live without? I don’t think there is a day that goes by that I don’t munch on chips and salsa. I love the stuff. Chips are just a vehicle for the salsa to get into my mouth. I think I could seriously lose 5 pounds if I didn’t eat them…

LOVE this post Amber! My sister was OBSESSED with X-Files. I would say I need to start watching too, but I’ll just add it to the list of all the other programs I need to Netflix! 😉

Thanks for the artist recommendations — and I’m an oatmeal girl in the morning too (though, too lazy for every day ….is it bad if I rely on the Kashi Instant to get me thru in a pinch on mornings I’m running late? haha)

And LOVE Shauna’s books! Bittersweet is on my list too!
