Our boys’ room is finally ready for their arrival! And of course I wanted to show it off. John and I have been designing the boys’ nursery for months and I am so excited that it’s finally ready.
Since John and I have traveled so much, we definitely wanted a travel themed room, and John loves it when there are bright, kid-like colors.
You’all are probably thinking shouldn’t there be two cribs. Nope! For the first 6 months we plan on co-sleeping our boys. So far they’ve spent their whole lives cuddled up, so why not continue that?
Boats, planes, and locomotives, oh my! Got the row of Dr. Seuss, which is mandatory. Second row? Winnie the Pooh. Oh yes, oh yes, honey and tummies and Tiggers.Hot air balloons gives the room a sense of adventure, just like John and I.
Two stuffed foxes, one for each boy!
And for my momma friends who are designing nurseries, here are the resources of where we got all our fun stuff:
- Hot Air Balloon Decals
- Crib
- Dresser
- Rocking Chair
- Awesome Rug
- Map Decal
- Fun Artwork
- All other things were gifts, so I have no idea. Ha!
Love it! It has been so much fun to watch it morph into a beautiful and fun nursery! xoxo
AMBER!!! It’s PERFECT! Kudos to you and John for creating a space for these much-loved boys that is SO perfect to you and them! Love you girl…wish I could see it in person! (Hard to believe a year ago, I was sleeping on a mattress right about where that elephant is!) haha
Love how much color has been added since I visited last! So fun and pretty! 🙂
That rug is a stunner. Love the bright colors, it’ll be such a happy place for you all to spend time!
Darling! I love the travel accents.
Absolutely adorable!!! You did such an amazing job!
