One day a friend of mine, Dane, was looking through my iPhone at pictures of my boys. I was nervous of him seeing my random pics, as I am huge admirer of Dane’s work and his only comment was that I was not in any of the shots. I am so that mom that is not in any pics with my kids! Shortly thereafter I had my wonderful friend, Treacy Mize, photograph my family while she was down visiting for the weekend. And I have another shoot booked with the fabulous Jen Disney in a couple weeks for another family shoot of my family. So if I can’t take pictures every waking moment of my boys and be in some of the shots, then it is integral to hire another professional photographer to capture my family. I really believe that family portraits are so very important and that is why I am so excited to introduce you to this very special family…the Berokoff Ladies.

So while I had the Session Premier at my house for the darling Berokoff Sisters a couple months ago debuting their Sister Senior Session, the mom was sad that she didn’t have fabulous portraits of all her daughters. And I was sad that she wasn’t in any of the pictures, thus we set up another portrait shoot, but this time, it was with all five daughters and their incredibly gorgeous mom.

Can you imagine a totally fun girls day out? Well the Berokoff ladies first hit up my styling team at Salon Lujon, where they got pampered and prepped for their photo shoot. And after a yummy lunch, we all met up at our first location. With clothes galore to choose from, we put together our first look, which was an ensemble of bright fall colors.

Are these ladies seriously the most gorgeous girls ever!?!

It was time for an outfit change and a new look, so we headed to one of my favorite locations in Fullerton. I especially love this location because it is so Southern California. With pretty hues of greens, purples and pinks, the Berokoff ladies looked incredible!

I thought it would be fun to get some head shots of all the ladies to create a fun cluster of images for the hallway in the Berokoff family home. It was definitely time to update the boring yearbook pics that have been in the frames for much too long. Scoot over and make room for some stunning imagery. 

This is my favorite picture from our shoot. Such love these girls have for each other. And Fenya, the mom, you are one hot momma!!!

We ended our shoot with a fun array of stylish black dresses. Getting your portraits done by a professional photographer is an event indeed!

Ladies, you were a joy to photograph! I have so enjoyed working with you and thank you for giving me the honor of capturing hip, happy and fun memories of your family. I am so excited to create some gorgeous artwork for the walls of your home.
