I LOVED everything about this Senior portrait session. Sabrina and I had a blast together and this gorgeous collection of Senior Portraits is probably one of my favorite sessions of the season. Not only is Sabrina STUNNING, but she is also one of my most favorite people in the world. I have had the pleasure of mentoring Sabrina for the past six months and had her at my side for most of my Winter and Spring sessions. Sabrina is super beautiful, obviously, but she is also super intelligent, a great conversationalist, wicked funny and such a well rounded young woman. It was a true pleasure photographing this session!!! So with that, I present to you the adorable Sabrina Im, Class of 2014 from La Serna High School.
Sabrina wanted to do an Urban session, which was awesome! I normally know Sabrina as dressing super casual, so when she busted out the heels a fashionista was born. And she rocked it!
We then headed to a fun alleyway around the corner and found some beautiful light. You can really see what an amazing job my ladies at Salon Lujon did with her makeup and hair in this shot. Thanks Deanna & Heather. Work it girl!I just love this shot! Sabrina, you are gorgeous!!!We then headed over to some bougainvillea for a more natural look and got some amazing images! And of course we had to do some backlighting! Your hair is fire girl!Boom-shaka-laka-boom!To end off our session, we wanted to capture the softer side of Sabrina. So the hair was braided and accompanied by a floral shawl to create the perfect ending to an amazing Senior Portrait session. Sabrina is off to UC Davis this Fall to study Viniculture, which is the study of winemaking. I think is SO AWESOME! First, what sort of kids are into that sort of stuff – only super cool ones like Sabrina! Sabrina, I pray for much success in your future. I hope you love what you study, and of course you will, and I hope one day you open a vineyard and I get to go wine tasting there with the hubs. I already miss you and our weekly adventures with my camera. You were the best ever assistant and you will be surely missed.
