Grace just turned 40 and wanted to celebrate her journey thus far by doing a Foxy at Forty photo session. We had a blast shooting at the storefront of Rogers Gardens, in a cute little Corona Del Mar community and then on the beach. Oh what fun!
I have known this wonderful woman for many years now. Grace and used to both live in LA and both went to the same awesome church, Pacific Crossroads. We met in a little woman’s bible study that met before church. We bonded over sharing about our hopes, dreams, and struggles and how God met us in these moments. It has been fun to see how God has used Grace through the years reach the lives of so many students and how God brought her talents all the way to NY, where she currently resides. When coming out here to celebrate her 40th birthday with her West Coast friends and family, we had a photographic celebration of our own. Happy birthday Grace; you are gorgeous!
It was time for an outfit change and the gorgeous walls of a bath that lead down to the beach served as a perfect backdrop for our next location. And doesn’t Grace look stunning in this red dress?!The beach was calling our name, but I had to get this last shot of Grace. I think it might be my favorite! One of the most wonderful things about living in Orange County, is that I live close to the beach. And the beach is the perfect backdrop for gorgeous portraits. Grace does the fierce glance oh so perfectly! But her smile is even better! Grace, you are one beautiful woman! Smart, elegant and beautiful. I had so much fun celebrating you! Cheers to another 40 years!
