You all know that I love to photograph my Seniors, but every now and then I like to mix it up when I get the opportunity to do a Foxy at 50 session.To see other Foxy at 40 sessions, check out Grace &    Kasey.

I LOVE photographing older women for a plethora of reasons. When you are young, you don’t know how beautiful you are. When you’re older, you have confidence and have learned to love yourself. When you are post-partum, like myself, you most likely don’t like your new mommy figure and feel insecure like a teen ager all over again. And when you are in your 50’s you hopefully have accepted yourself and found a deeper beauty within and that shines forth, making your already beautiful self even that much more beautiful. Us women are so cruel to ourselves; that inner voice that tells us that we are not beautiful. When I get the opportunity to show other women that they are truly stunning, I love it. It’s quite an addiction really. I think women of all ages, at all stages should have professional portraits done of themselves to give us a good dose of self-confidence and allow something to yell louder than the inner demons that try to tell us that we are not enough. Anyhow, here are some gorgeous photos of my friend Lisa.

As you can see Lisa has a gorgeous smile. She is has a super fun personality and a heart that is filled with laughter. Her joy just radiates. She made it easy to photograph her, as she loved smiling for the camera.

Lisa is a former client from five years ago, when I just started out in my photography biz. I photographed her and her husband Randy. We had a blast together, capturing their love. Fast forward five year later and Lisa wanted to update her head shots and naturally thought of me. We had so much fun together. Lisa, you are a Fox!
